Summary: TwistInvite may process account data, invitation content, uploaded media, shared map links, and limited device information to provide invitation, collaboration, upload, and account features.
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
App Name: TwistInvite
Package Name: com.invitecard.app
What We Collect
- Account information such as email address, login state, and profile information you provide.
- Invitation-related content including title, host, time, location, schedules, descriptions, comments, RSVP details, and uploaded files.
- Media and file information such as avatars, photos, background images, background videos, attachments, file URLs, and storage references.
- Limited technical information such as platform, device model, operating system version, app version, build number, and diagnostic logs.
- Locally stored session data, preferences, cache, and temporary shared map data.
- On-device recommendation data derived from your in-app invitation history, such as recent participants that may help you decide who you may want to share an invite link with.
How We Use Information
- To create, edit, display, sync, and share invitations and related content.
- To support comments, member access, albums, attachments, and RSVP workflows.
- To upload, store, and serve images, videos, and attachments.
- To import map links shared from Apple Maps or Google Maps.
- To protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot product issues.
Third-Party Services
The current version may rely on third-party infrastructure such as:
- Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification in sensitive flows.
- Cloudflare R2 or similar object storage for uploaded images, videos, and attachments.
- Apple / Google link-routing infrastructure for app-link and system-level link handling.
Permissions
Depending on the feature you use, the app may request:
- Camera access.
- Microphone access when recording background videos.
- Photo-library or media access for selecting images, videos, or files.
What We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- We do not continuously collect precise GPS location in the background.
- We do not access your contacts.
- We do not sell your personal information.
When we provide share suggestions based on your in-app invitation history, those suggestions are generated from data already available within the app, do not require access to your device contacts, and do not automatically send messages or invitations to anyone.
Storage and Sharing
Your data may be stored on developer-controlled or developer-contracted cloud services and object-storage services as needed to provide the product. Certain invitation details, comments, albums, attachments, and RSVP-related content may be visible to invitees, members, or collaborators depending on your settings and how you share an invitation.
Your Choices
- You may update your profile information.
- You may revoke camera, microphone, or photo-library permissions in system settings.
- You may delete invitations, media, comments, attachments, or your account where the product provides that functionality.
